History:
The Speed Wars by Zorly originally started publishing about our love for speed on the "American Metal Muscle Cars" series, sponsored by American Metal Racing, which dealt with the Chevrolet Corvette and Camaro. Today we write about them, or any of the fastest and/ or quickest vehicles on earth. We're obsessed with high performance engineering.

Mission:
The Speed Wars by Zorly gathers the best information so you don't have to! Also, we don't hide great sources of information: we promote and link to it where-ever possible. Nearly all trustworthy and universally reliable technical information is gathered directly from the various manufacturers: official performance results are compared to that of legitimate independent testers (who often better the numbers) for more interesting, but not necessarily average, overall results. The rest is gathered from great people with great ideas.

Also, we're big on photography and video. The articles contain free high resolution images which can be downloaded for personal use: wallpapers, photo collections, printing, sharing, etc., and there are videos in nearly every page, plus other pages dedicated entirely to video. Simply put, The Speed Wars researches and reports on human transportation technology, mainly, the newest and fastest movable tech and how its applications apply to craft which travel by sea, land, or air. Speed, or the fastest and the quickest is the name of the game.

As a rule, we try to stick with vehicles with a cost that might be afforded by a reasonable section of the population were they in the market. Occasionally we will select vehicles that are out of nearly anyone's price range, but are so interesting that they're worth a look.
